Lauren is an experienced Programme Manager with a wide breadth of NHS experience. She is confident with all aspects of effective project leadership, including - developing and delivering detailed milestone-driven project plans, using analytical skills to identify problems and offer solutions on delegated tasks, and managing  workstream risks, issues and mitigation.  

• Programme Manager, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust - coordinating all elements of the Clinical Strategy Workstream, ensuring best practice governance and the delivery of all workstream activities. 

• Assistant Service Manager, Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust - supported the operational delivery of Theatres, Admissions, Anesthetics, and Pain Control Services.

• Project Analyst, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust - administrative and project management support on internal workstreams and external client engagements. Includes supporting senior clinical and system-wide stakeholders to design integrated models of care for the local population.
