Job Description

Are you a motivated individual keen to make a difference in Health and Care? Do you want to learn how to successfully manage people, projects and processes during complex client work? Are you a fast learner, eager to have an input in the growth of an ambitious company stepping into the next phase of our development?

Our values are clear, and we look for people who share them: Integrity; Quality; and Trust. Clarity is a friendly, dynamic company delivering high-value, quality change through innovation and a wealth of health and care experience. We want our next generation of consultants to understand and embody our values alongside that of the NHS, and to be passionate about our shared goal of Making Change Happen.

We’re looking to expand our already growing company and are therefore looking for motivated individuals who are switched-on, professionally driven, analytically minded, and eager to make a positive impact on the industry. With Clarity, you will be supported through a bespoke development programme as you seek your own specialism as a healthcare consultant, building a career path to suit your skills and interests. This might be in change management, clinical transformation, data analytics… consultancy opens these doors for you, and you’ll have the chance to step through all of them.

Whilst working alongside our team of experienced Senior Managers, you will have the hands-on opportunity to support the delivery of product strategies and research briefs, gaining direct experience undertaking challenging project work which delivers real and sustainable change. You will be presented with development opportunities both internally and externally, including rotation through different specialisms, projects, shadowing opportunities and business development.

This is a remote role with a team based across the UK, but you will need to be flexible in travelling to client sites and events, and occasionally working away from home.
