With Clarity, you will be supported through a bespoke development programme as you seek your own specialism as a healthcare consultant, building a career path to suit your skills and interests. This might be in change management, clinical transformation, data analytics… consultancy opens these doors for you, and you’ll have the chance to step through all of them.
Whilst working alongside our team of experienced Senior Managers, you will have the hands-on opportunity to support the delivery of product strategies and research briefs, gaining direct experience undertaking challenging project work which delivers real and sustainable change. You will be presented with development opportunities both internally and externally, including rotation through different specialisms, projects, shadowing opportunities and business development.
This is a remote role with a team based across the UK, but you will need to be flexible in travelling to client sites and events, and occasionally working away from home.
