Clarity Consulting Associates Ltd is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the prevention and abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking.

As an equal opportunities employer, we are committed to ensuring a safe and respectful working environment for our staff. We want all our staff to feel confident that they can expose illegal and abusive behaviour without risk to themselves. We expect employees to be ethical and responsible when dealing with colleagues, clients and in the discharging of their professional duties.

Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK and to safeguard them from abuse. We do not work with any organisation which supports or is found to be involved in slavery or human trafficking.

Due to the nature of our business, we assess ourselves to have a low risk of direct work with organisations engaging in modern slavery. Our supply chains are minimal, and we primarily procure goods and services from a limited range of suppliers.

The following related policies are available to all Clarity staff:

  • Code of Conduct policy
  • Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability policy
  • Equality and Diversity policy
  • Employee Discipline and Dismissal policy
  • Anti-Corruption, Fraud and Bribery policy
