Clarity Consulting Associates Ltd is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the prevention and abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking. As an equal opportunities employer, we are committed to ensuring a safe and respectful working environment for our staff. We want all our staff to feel confident that they can expose illegal and abusive behaviour without risk to themselves. We expect employees to be ethical and responsible when dealing with colleagues, clients and in the discharging of their professional duties.

Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK and to safeguard them from abuse. We do not work with any organisation which supports or is found to be involved in slavery or human trafficking.

Due to the nature of our business, we assess ourselves to have a low risk of direct work with organisations engaging in modern slavery. We have not identified any sectors that we work with to be of high risk to modern day slavery. Our supply chains are minimal, and we primarily procure goods and services from a limited range of suppliers. We work only with companies with modern slavery statements and demonstrated awareness, mitigating our procurement and partnering approach to working only with companies which align with their statements. In the event that a supplier was found to be non-complicit with modern slavery laws, they would be de-listed and the case referred via the National Referral Mechanism (NRM). Our selection of partner and supplier selection based on these requirements supports efforts to prevent and mitigate modern day slavery.

Our policies cover the whistle blowing process which may be applicable if there was ever a need to respond to a report of suspected instances of modern-day slavery. We undergo an annual home workstation assessment included in our yearly audit.

All Clarity staff are required to read, understand and comply with our policies, and complete regular training which includes education on modern slavery. We have assessed our worker groups and have found none to be vulnerable to modern day slavery. This continued due diligence manages and prevents any risks of modern slavery.

The following related policies are available to all Clarity staff:

• Code of Conduct policy

• Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability policy

• Equality and Diversity policy

• Employee Discipline and Dismissal policy

• Anti-Corruption, Fraud and Bribery policy

• Recruitment policy

• Whistleblowing policy

No instances of modern slavery have been recorded or uncovered within our organisation or supply chains across the past 12 months.

1.3. We prohibit any threat of violence, harassment and/or intimidation
