Members of the committee have asked me to pass on their grateful thanks to all the work you did in helping us raise our performance in relation to the requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This was a business-critical area and the success of our improvement planning was borne out in the results of three successive CQC inspections between September 2016 and October 2018.
The Committee observed the pivotal role you played in bringing about this result and would like to congratulate you on a job well done.
