Our ideal candidate will be able to quickly develop ideas and solutions to complex problems, be comfortable building cases for change utilising a variety of evidence bases, and support and guide senior stakeholders to deliver beneficial change. We are looking for motivated individuals who are switched-on with a keen interest in business development, who are analytically minded and eager to make a positive impact.

This is a remote role with a team based across the UK, but you will need to be flexible in travelling to client sites and events, and working away from home where needed.


What we are looking for:

  • At least six years change delivery and/or healthcare management experience with a successful track record of delivery

  • Experience delivering transformational change within a health and care setting that has had a demonstrable benefit

  • Prior experience of managing and working with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Proven track record of leading successful project teams through initiation, implementation, and delivery

  • Ability to analyse complex facts and situations and develop a range of options

  • Ability to make decisions autonomously, when required, on difficult and contentious issues

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, both written and verbal with colleagues and clients

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments, conflicting priorities, and flexible working patterns

  • Degree qualified with appropriate professional qualifications desirable

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
