Having recently joined Clarity as Relationship Manager to support our growing Associate base, I am enjoying mining the deep network of relationships that stem from our small but growing team. A network of Associates that offer such a breadth of experience within NHS transformation and change, it’s truly remarkable. Offering real support solutions to our over-stretched NHS at a time of such change.
I am sure if you are reading this you will either already have had a call from me, or will be receiving one shortly as I work through our network to ensure we understand our Associates. I’d like to understand what drives you, where your key skills lie, what your limitations are around working, and how best we can propel you forwards into the next opportunity that is right for you.
Already I have been working with our senior team to streamline our onboarding processes, and update how we share, search and store all the vital insights we are gathering on our Associates. This will enable us to better match the right people to the right opportunities for both you and our clients.
At our quarterly networking event in Birmingham last month we were also working on our vision, values and strategy for the next three year. We hope you see these evidenced in the ongoing experiences you have with Clarity staff and our wider Associate network. Working partnerships that deliver sustainable change management, skills transfer, measurable outcomes, value, return on investment, transparency and trust are all things we are striving to demonstrate to both our Clients and Associates – a truly valued relationship for everyone.
