With Clarity, you will be supported through a bespoke development programme as you seek your own specialism as a healthcare consultant, building a career path to suit your skills and interests. This might be in change management, clinical transformation, data analytics…consultancy opens these doors for you, and you’ll have the chance to step through all of them. Whilst working alongside our team of experienced Senior Managers, you will have the hands-on opportunity to support the delivery of product strategies and research briefs, gaining direct experience undertaking challenging project work which delivers real and sustainable change. You will be presented with development opportunities both internally and externally, including rotation through different specialisms, projects, shadowing opportunities and business development.

Our ideal candidate will be able to clearly present ideas and solutions, be comfortable conducting research and analysis to establish a good understanding of projects and challenges, and be keen to help lead, support, and learn on the job. You should have an interest in examining and simplifying processes to make them more efficient, and be willing to work independently at pace across a range of service lines and clients. 

This is a remote role with a team based across the UK, but you will need to be flexible in travelling to client sites and events, and occasionally working away from home.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (achieved or predicted); healthcare management or business consulting not necessary, as skills learned during studies are equally valuable, transferable, and applicable

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, and be willing to travel for client work and events (expenses paid)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, both written and verbal with colleagues and clients

  • Strong work ethic and self-discipline; the ability to work well remotely, both independently and within a team

  • Keen eye for detail and ability to assimilate and interpret a variety of information sources at pace

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments, conflicting priorities, and flexible working patterns

Desired Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Analytical or data analysis skills

  • Office or administrative experience


  • Pathway to Certified Managing Consultant status, with optional progression to Chartered status
